Mrs. Snuff is a driving teacher at Mrs. Snuff's boating school. She tries teaching Spongebong how to drive, but he is alwyas on drugs so he is terrible at it. She is a very depressed teacher who is unhappy with her life so she is always taking inhalants to make her feel happy.
